Catherine Mutti-Driscoll, MA, PhD, CALC (she/her) is the Director of Executive Function Coaching and an ADHD/Executive Function Coach at the Hallowell ADHD and Behavioral Health Center in Seattle. She is the author of The ADHD Workbook for Teen Girls: Understand Your Neurodivergent Brain, Make the Most of Your Strengths, and Build Confidence to Thrive (New Harbinger, 2024) and is currently working on her second book, The RSD Workbook for Adults (forthcoming 2026).

A lifelong learner, Catherine holds a PhD in Education and a master’s in Anthropology, along with coaching certifications from Impact Parents and the International ADHD Coach Training Center. She is also pursuing her LMHC at Walden University, with an expected graduation in Fall 2026.

Catherine’s coaching philosophy is strengths-based and rooted in the belief that her clients are creative, resourceful, and whole. She fosters self-awareness and self-advocacy, helping individuals harness their strengths to navigate challenges. Catherine works with clients across the lifespan—ages 5 to 105—offering executive function support, work/life integration strategies, academic coaching, and accommodations guidance. She has extensive experience supporting girls and women, gifted and twice-exceptional individuals, midlife professionals balancing full plates, and those managing co-occurring conditions.
