Once you register as an attendee, you will receive via email your confirmation details that also contain a link to the hotel booking site. We have negotiated a preferential single/double occupancy rate of $190 per night (plus taxes and fees). Professional Day (Thursday): Professional presentations offer more in-depth information on a variety of topics related to ADHD and are designed for coaches, professional organizers, therapists, mental health clinicians, prescribers, educators, school professionals, and occupational and speech therapists.
General Conference (Friday & Saturday): Sessions offer information on a variety of topics related to ADHD and are designed for the full conference audience of parents, caregivers, adults with ADHD, coaches, professional organizers, therapists, mental health clinicians, prescribers, educators, school professionals, and occupational and speech therapists.

Absolutely! You will need to contact the Conference Department team at conferences@chadd.org to do this and payment is required prior to your attendance at the conference.

You may transfer your paid registration to another individual by email, stating the name of the original registrant and the name of the substitute (including address and phone number). All transfers must be requested in writing to conferences@chadd.org by Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

You may cancel your registration for the conference at any time. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to conferences@chadd.org in order to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed after the conference. Cancellations postmarked on or before October 31, 2025, will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after October 31, 2025, or for NO SHOWS.
General Session Information

Attendees will not be able to select their sessions in advance. However, through your attendee portal, you can create your own schedule and add sessions to your calendar. All sessions are first come, first served. Seating begins 15 minutes prior to session start time. For safety, attendees are not permitted to sit in the back or in the aisles of the session room, stand in any doorways, and no chairs may be added.
