Julia Mullins is an executive coach focused on leaders with ADHD, and loves helping people reach “lightbulb moments.” After 15 years of developing leaders across levels at top companies, Julia founded Mullins Professional Group (MPG) to focus on the critical intersection of leadership development, executive coaching, and neurodiversity (and neuroinclusive design) in the workplace.
Julia is a PCC-level ICF-credentialed executive coach, and serves on the Board of Directors for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Philadelphia Charter Chapter. Julia also earned an MBA from Penn State, and certificates in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from American University, and Neuroscience for Business from MIT Sloan.
