Jenny Mariaschin-Rudin, LCSW, ADHD-CCSP, ASDCS, is a therapist and neurodiversity consultant in private practice with over 20 years of experience working with youth and adults of all backgrounds in New York City. After achieving her BA from Wesleyan and her MSW from NYU, Jenny worked in outpatient community mental health (Article 31), provided consulting and curriculum design for Student Support Teams in public schools, and led Behavioral Health Integration programming (A28). Jenny believes in a blend of developing insights and concrete coping strategies for an array of mental health concerns. Jenny practices neurodiversity-affirming, compassionate therapy for clients across mental health diagnoses, providing individual and family therapy, and Executive Functioning support and workshops. Jenny is trained in CBT, DBT, crisis intervention, parenting work, and insight-oriented therapy. When she is not practicing therapy, Jenny loves pretending she knows all of the words to show tunes, reading YA fantasy, and going to the park with her husband and their five-year-old wild animal daughter.
