"Claire is a certified Professional Coach, Speaker, Facilitator, and Advocate. After being diagnosed with ADHD at 28, Claire received ADHD Coaching and found the benefits so transformative, that she became an ADHD Coach herself. Founding her own practice in 2020, she is now Ireland’s first ADHD Coach to be accredited 4 times with ACCG, PCC, PCAC designations and EIA Senior practitioner from EMCC. She delivers tailored programs and support to schools, colleges, workplaces, organisations, and sports clubs. In early 2025, she founded Ireland’s first ADHD Coaching Collective, a dedicated platform designed to help ADHDers thrive through Certified & Accredited Professional Coaching. The collective offers individuals the flexibility to choose from a diverse range of coaches specializing in different life stages to find the best fit for their needs. She is also the founder of Divergent Nexus, a website created to support individual understand the complexities of coaching while seeking to better understand their own ADHD journey.

Claire worked as a social care practitioner in the not-for-profit sector from 2016 to 2021, in partnership with vulnerable and disadvantaged communities. Currently, Claire is working toward her Master Coach certification and is developing a specialized training program and community space for ADHDers."
