Kristin Schleicher is a psychologist, certified hypnotherapist, and neurodiversity coach specializing in ADHD, executive functioning, and life transitions, including the shift from high school to college. She is the founder of Transformation to the Core™ and creator of The College Launch™ System, a structured approach to building college readiness through assessment, system development, and transition planning.

Her work focuses on helping students move from inconsistency and overwhelm to clear, repeatable systems they can use to manage academic demands, communication, and daily life independently. She works closely with families to identify readiness gaps and implement practical supports before students transition into more independent environments.

Kristin also develops applied frameworks and tools, including More Than Behavior™ Letters, which translate behavior into underlying needs to improve communication between students, parents, and educators.
