TThis calming wellness session invites participants to experience a gentle, focused mental reset—perfect for quieting the “busy brain” so common in ADHD. Through a short, hypnosis-inspired guided visualization, participants will learn two powerful mental tools: The Calm Bubble and The Control Room.
In the Calm Bubble, distractions soften and fade. It’s a soundproof, inner sanctuary where overwhelm quiets and grounding returns. Then, we transition into The Control Room—a visualization where participants sit at the dashboard of their brain, gently adjusting the dials of focus, clarity, and calm.
This practice is more than relaxing—it’s empowering. It mirrors the exact techniques we teach neurodivergent children to help them feel emotionally safe, confident, and in control of their inner world. Here, adults will feel it for themselves.
