Dr. Sarah (Kowal) Alden is a licensed clinical psychologist, coach, supervisor and ADHD specialist. She attended the Graduate School for Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers where she received psychodynamic, family systems, cognitive behavioral and organizational training. In private practice for over 15 years, Dr. Alden works with adults who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, parenting/relationship difficulties and chronic emotional challenges as a result of being raised by neurodiverse or emotionally immature parents. Her additional specialties include: lgbtq populations, entrepreneurs, people working in creative and entertainment fields who want to overcome emotional, cognitive, neurological and behavioral barriers to self-actualization.
