Through case examples and discussion, participants will learn to formulate treatment goals, work with emotion dysregulation and implement a variety of support and intervention strategies such as psychoeducation, motivational enhancement, building self-efficacy, emotion regulation and metacognition skills. Practical, research based and integrative coaching, educational and therapeutic methods will be discussed in the context of an innovative, collaborative and client-centered approach that aims to optimally customize goals and strategies to the unique neurobiological makeup of each ADHD client.
