Name
Peer Support Group | Christians with ADHD
Description
This session is for Christians living with ADHD who want to connect around the intersection of faith and neurodivergence. Together, we’ll explore how ADHD shapes prayer, worship, relationships, and daily spiritual practices—and how faith communities can both support and sometimes misunderstand the ADHD experience. Participants will share stories, encourage one another, and discuss ways to integrate strategies for focus, balance, and self-compassion within a Christian framework. This peer support session is not a Bible study or lecture, but rather a safe space for conversation, reflection, and encouragement—helping attendees leave with fresh perspective, renewed hope, and a deeper sense of belonging in both their faith and ADHD journeys.
