Peer Support Group | You Good? …Me Neither. RSD & Shame Resilience
Description
Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) is real—and it’s brutal. Whether it shows up as spiraling shame, social withdrawal, perfectionism, or people-pleasing, RSD can leave us feeling unworthy, unseen, and alone. This peer support group offers space to connect, learn, and thrive with others who know the experience from the inside. Facilitated by a skilled group leader with experience holding space for emotional depth, this session invites participants to share their lived experience with RSD, witness each other with empathy, and feel a little less alone. There’s no pressure to speak—listening is participation, too. This group welcomes anyone who identifies as experiencing RSD, including therapists, coaches, parents, and community members. The facilitator will actively attune to the intersectional impact of RSD and shame across race, gender, sexuality, neurotype, culture, and ability. Psychological safety, connection, and solidarity will be prioritized, with gentle but firm calling-in of any dynamics that may unintentionally cause harm. Come laugh, cry, nod along, and maybe even exhale. You good? …Me neither. Let’s talk about it. You—and your big feelings—belong here.
