Description
The Jewish ADHD Peer Support Group offers a welcoming, inclusive space for individuals who identify as Jewish—across all affiliations and backgrounds—to connect around the shared experience of living with ADHD. This session fosters meaningful dialogue and mutual support in navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of Jewish life with ADHD.
Last year’s session drew over 60 participants, with more than 20 turned away due to limited space. Attendees represented diverse Jewish denominations and allies, underscoring the real need for spaces that honor both the spiritual and practical aspects of living with ADHD.
