Question:Is there a group discount price? Answer: Absolutely! Register five (5) or more attendees from your organization by October 15, 2019 and receive a 5% discount on each registration. To receive the discount, submit all registrations and payment together via fax to 301-306-7091 or via email email@example.com.
Question: Is there a fee for bringing a guest? Answer: If you are planning to bring a guest there is a $100.00 fee. Your guest is invited to attend Keynote Sessions ONLY. No guest will be allowed to attend the breakout sessions. Should your guest want to attend any social events you may pay the fees for these events.
Question: When I pay by credit card, what company name appears on my statement? Answer: The company name on your statement will read CHADD.
Question: Can I pay via invoice? Answer: Absolutely! You will need to contact the Conference Department team a firstname.lastname@example.org to do this and payment is required prior to your attendance at the conference.
Question: What is the refund policy? Answer: You may cancel your participation at the Conference or API at any time. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to qualify for a refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee on or before October 15, 2019. There will be no refunds after October 15, 2019. There will be no refunds for NO SHOWS. (Please see Terms and Conditions).
Question: Can I send a substitute in my place? Answer: Substitutes are welcome and requests must be sent in writing. You must transfer your paid registration (minus a $50.00 administrative fee) to another individual by email or fax, stating the name the original registrant and the name of the substitute (including address, phone number, and email address). All transfers must be made on or before October 28, 2019.
Question:What meals are included with my registration? Answer: 2019 conference registration includes a Welcome Reception with light appetizers on Thursday. Continental breakfast and snacks during breaks are available, and entrance to the Exhibit Hall.
Question: Do I have to select my sessions in advance? Answer: We only request that you select your sessions in an attempt to get a head count for each of the sessions. Sessions full up quickly, and we would like all attendees to get a seat in the session(s) they selected.
Question: How do I book my hotel room? Answer: As soon as your event registration is confirmed, you will receive via email your confirmation details that also contain a link to the hotel booking site. We have negotiated a preferential single occupancy rate of $199/night (plus taxes and fees), and Singles occupancy rate of $209.00 (plus taxes and fees). These rates will be available until Wednesday, October 23, 2019 or until the block fills, whichever comes sooner. Question: How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
