Late-Diagnosed Women’s Circle: ADHD, Identity, and Self-Understanding
Description
Receiving an ADHD diagnosis later in life can bring relief, grief, clarity, anger, self-compassion, and a whole lot of “wait… that explains everything.” This supportive peer group offers a space for late-diagnosed women with ADHD to connect with others who understand the unique experience of looking back on their lives through a new lens. Together, we’ll explore identity, masking, burnout, relationships, self-trust, emotional regulation, perfectionism, internalized shame, shifting expectations, and what it means to begin building a life that fits after years of trying to make yourself fit the world around you. This is a space for honest conversation, shared experiences, practical insight, and support without judgment.
