A welcoming space for older adults with ADHD to connect, share experiences, and support one another in a community of peers who understand the unique realities of aging with an ADHD brain. Whether you were diagnosed decades ago or are newly discovering your ADHD later in life, this group offers a place for conversation, reflection, encouragement, and connection.Together, we’ll explore topics such as relationships, retirement, memory and executive functioning, identity, health, grief and transitions, late diagnosis, self-acceptance, and building a life that works for you in this stage of life. Come as you are — this is a space for understanding, shared wisdom, and belonging.
