Name
Black Women with ADHD Peer Support Group
Description
Returning for its sixth year, this group has been the place where Black women with ADHD can finally take a deep breath and be themselves. This is a high-safety, "no-performance" zone where you can take off the mask, whether you are managing a career, a household, or both. Together, we navigate the cultural and systemic barriers that often make our journeys feel invisible. This is a place where we move beyond the exhaustion of just surviving. We share our actual lived experiences and own the ADHD strengths we bring to our personal and professional lives. Come connect with a community that honors your intersectional journey, validates your resilience, and proves that when we support each other, we create the spark for true peer-led systems change.
