Name
ADHD Entrepreneurs Peer Support Group
Description
Adults with ADHD are often drawn to entrepreneurship. Traits that can make traditional workplaces challenging, such as nonlinear thinking, creativity, risk-taking, and the ability to hyperfocus, can become powerful strengths when building a business. At the same time, running a business with ADHD can bring real challenges, including executive dysfunction, burnout, inconsistent productivity, and difficulty maintaining structure. This peer-support group creates a space for adults with ADHD who are entrepreneurs, freelancers, business owners, or aspiring entrepreneurs to share experiences and strategies openly. Through guided discussion, participants will explore both the advantages and challenges of entrepreneurship with an ADHD brain. Attendees will exchange practical strategies for managing time, maintaining momentum, reducing overwhelm, and building systems that support their unique ways of thinking and working. They will also leave with new insights, supportive connections, and actionable ideas to help them navigate entrepreneurship while working with their ADHD rather than against it.
