Name
Men’s ADHD Peer Support Group
Description
Men with ADHD don't usually get a space where they can just say the thing. Not the polished version. Not the one that sounds like they've got it together. The real one. The "I forgot my kid's game and I can't stop thinking about it" one. The "I don't know how to explain to my wife that I'm not lazy, I'm drowning" one.
This peer support group is that space. No slides, no lectures. Just a facilitated conversation among men who get it because they live it. The facilitators have ADHD themselves and have spent years building and running the largest men's ADHD support community in the world. They know how to hold the room so guys can actually talk.
We'll cover whatever the group needs to cover, but conversations in these groups usually land on relationships, work, shame, identity, the gap between who you want to be and who you are on a bad day, and what it means to ask for help when everything in your history told you not to. This isn't therapy. It's peer connection. Sometimes that's the thing that makes the biggest difference. Open to all men with ADHD. First-timers especially welcome.
