Name
Digital Overload at Work: Interactive ADHD Boundary Reset
Description
For many adults with ADHD, digital life at work never really stops. Notifications bleed into evenings, priorities blur, transitions stall, and recovery gets squeezed out. This interactive workshop offers a practical, ADHD-friendly approach to reducing digital overload, protecting focus, and building work-life boundaries that are realistic enough to hold in everyday life. Participants will identify their biggest “digital workplace leaks,” complete several short reflective activities, and build a simple plan around one high-impact change. The workshop is designed for adults with ADHD directly, while also giving coaches, therapists, and supporters practical tools they can adapt with clients. Attendees will leave with a clear picture of where digital overload is affecting them most, a menu of boundary options for common work challenges, and a realistic weekly rhythm that supports both performance and recovery.
