Name
If Only I’d Known: Women with ADHD in Conversation
Description
Join two leading voices from different generations of the women’s ADHD movement for a dynamic and thought-provoking conversation that bridges past, present, and future. This interactive workshop explores how our understanding of women’s ADHD has evolved—from early misconceptions and missed diagnoses to today’s growing awareness—and what still lies ahead. Through candid dialogue and audience participation, we’ll examine what has shifted, what still needs to change, and what we each take from our conference experience. In group conversation, we will collectively explore the experiences of those new on the journey alongside those who have spent years navigating ADHD, as both groups share what has worked, what hasn’t, and how we can learn from one another in a supportive environment. Come for the perspective, stay for the connection, and leave with a deeper understanding of where we’ve been—and where we’re headed.
