Speaker Bio (200 words)
Christina O’Neill is a credentialed ADHD coach and educator with a psychology background from UCLA. A former teacher and project manager, her adult diagnosis of inattentive/hyperactive ADHD was both a relief and a turning point—offering clarity and inspiring a new career path. Christina now helps clients understand ADHD as a neurological condition, not a character flaw, and works to dismantle shame while building self-worth, structure, and accountability.
She specializes in coaching high school and college students, supporting adults diagnosed later in life, and educating parents. One area close to her heart is helping clients navigate the often-hidden shame of financial struggles.
Christina’s passion is rooted in personal experience. Her mother’s undiagnosed ADHD had subtle but lasting financial consequences. After her father’s sudden passing, she was blindsided by overwhelming debt. Only then did she begin to piece together the emotional and financial toll of her mother’s lifelong, unrecognized ADHD—compounded by depression, rejection sensitivity, and, later, early dementia.
Christina’s own diagnosis at 49 reframed her understanding of her past and her financial behaviors. Today, she uses her lived experience and coaching expertise to help others rewrite their narratives with compassion, clarity, and hope.
