Mariely Hernandez, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She specializes in diagnosing and treating affective disorders, ADHD, and substance use disorders across the lifespan. Her research focuses on ADHD and co-occurring addictive disorders, including substance use and gambling disorders. In her private practice, she conducts diagnostic evaluations for Adult ADHD and offers integrative psychotherapy informed by extensive ADHD research. Committed to diversity and inclusion in clinical research, she advocates for addressing racial health disparities in ADHD diagnosis and treatment.
