Daniella Karidi, PhD, is the founder of ADHDtime, based in Encino, California. She is a seasoned ADHD coach dedicated to helping individuals with ADHD build meaningful, sustainable success across life stages. With over a decade of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, she specializes in guiding clients through key transitions, including navigating college, starting new roles, and adjusting to retirement.
Her academic credentials include a PhD from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in learning disabilities from the University of Haifa, Israel. Her doctoral research focused on memory, with particular attention to how memory processes function in individuals with ADHD. She completed training with the College of Executive Coaching and JST Coaching and Training, and her work integrates research in memory and ADHD with practical, real-world strategies. She previously managed the Center for Students with Disabilities at Loyola University Chicago.
