Christian Makaya is a professor of entrepreneurship at Ascencia Business School, in Paris, an associate researcher at the University of Paris-Nanterre (CEROS laboratory) and director of entrepreneurial engineering at the I2L Metz logistics engineering school. His research, published in journals such as Journal of Business Research, 'Revue Internationale PME or Entreprendre et Innover', The Conversation, focuses on a critical renewal of entrepreneurship practrices. He works to make entrepreneurship part of a reconciliation between forms of life and is interested in marginalized communities and the reproduction of forms of exclusion through entrepreneurship. From an editorial point of view, Christian coordinates various special issues for academic journals, is responsible for the development and promotion of the 'Revue française de gestion' and is a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Technoentrepreneurship.
