Raquel Gonçalves Lubbers is a certified ADHD and family coach, educator, and speaker with a deeply personal connection to her work—she, her husband, and their four children all have ADHD. Her journey from late diagnosis to professional specialization gives her a rare blend of empathy, neuroscience insight, and lived wisdom. Trained at the ICF- and PAAC-accredited ADD Coach Academy and fueled by ongoing study, she integrates neuroscience, executive function research, trauma-informed care, movement and positive psychology to chart a course for adults supporting neurodivergent kids—helping them navigate with confidence, empathy, and calm. Raquel created the “Sailing the 7Cs” Framework—Control, Care, Connection, Compassion, Collaboration, Calibration, and Celebration—to help families and professionals shift from chaos to calm. Her work centers on helping adults understand their own nervous systems so they can regulate, model resilience, and connect from a place of strength.
