With over 25 years in mental and behavioral health, she helps unconventional thinkers—from C-suite executives to students—overcome obstacles and thrive. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and holds an Advanced Certificate in Family & Couples Therapy from the Ackerman Institute in New York City. She advises Fortune 500 companies, law firms, and schools on workplace mental health, executive functioning, and crisis management. As a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), she brings a specialized lens to employee well-being and organizational health.
