Heather DeAngelis, LCSW-R, LCSW, CEAP, is a licensed clinical therapist, specializing in the assessment and treatment of adult ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and related challenges such as anxiety and depression. With over 25 years in mental and behavioral health, she helps unconventional thinkers—from C-suite executives to students—overcome obstacles and thrive. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and holds an Advanced Certificate in Family & Couples Therapy from the Ackerman Institute in New York City. She advises Fortune 500 companies, law firms, and schools on workplace mental health, executive functioning, and crisis management. As a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), she brings a specialized lens to employee well-being and organizational health.
