Vida is a neurodivergent coach who specializes in behavior modification. She is also the co-host of the Sex Symbol Podcast. Late diagnosed and late coming out, Vida has a unique perspective on the AuDHD and bi-sexual experience. Through humor, candid vulnerability, and authenticity she gives us the permission we need to talk about anything from parenting, relationships issues, and even sex. A former high school and special education teacher she can make the most awkward subject seem accessible. Her goal is to educate without shaming and make the world a better more inclusive place one conversation at a time.
