He began his professional journey on stage—performing in Broadway tours and regional theaters across North America—before discovering his true calling in coaching. He has trained and mentored hundreds of ADHD coaches through the ADD Coach Academy and serves on the board of PAAC, the global certifying body for ADHD coaching excellence. With a master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, Roger weaves research-backed strategies with deep empathy and a fierce belief in his clients’ potential. Roger is also the creator of AI Coach Roger, an innovative ADHD-informed AI coach trained on his methodology, making high-quality coaching more accessible than ever.
