Coaching adults with ADHD is far more than offering cognitive strategies in the moment—it requires a deep understanding of identity, motivation, emotions, values, attention, and interpersonal dynamics. This poster introduces a new, evidence-informed framework for ADHD coaching, grounded in real-world insights from a collective of experienced practitioners.
