Wellness | Mindfulness for the ADHD Brain
Description

This session will begin with an introduction to mindfulness and its benefits for people with ADHD. Together we will practice three mindfulness activities, specifically tailored to the ADHD brain. The practices will include mindful walking, an active body scan, and a simple breathing activity. These practices will be taught with an emphasis on nonjudgmental self-awareness and self-compassion.
