The session combines breath awareness and specific breathing patterns to counteract the fight or flight dominance many of us experience daily. These accessible techniques require no special equipment—just your attention and willingness to explore. You'll experience: Grounding breath awareness to establish mind-body connection Dynamic breathing paired with gentle shaking and movement to release tension and energize Extended exhale practices that trigger the relaxation response Simple patterns to use throughout the conference when feeling overwhelmed or unfocused This morning experience complements the "Breathe & See for Yourself" presentation but stands entirely on its own.
