During a conference full of stimulation, come join us for an all-level Hatha yoga class offering a gentle and grounding way to begin your day. Created with the ADHD brain in mind, this yoga flow focuses on grounding postures, calming breathwork, and gentle transitions.
There’s no pressure to be perfect, no expectations beyond simply showing up. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, this is a space to reconnect with your body and breathe in a way that feels kind and supportive.
Come as you are—tired, curious, distracted, or centered. Together, we’ll move, breathe, and reset before diving into the rest of the day.
