Name
Peer Support Group | Partnering with ADHD for Couples, Co-Parents & Business Partners
Description
When one partner has ADHD — whether in life, co-parenting, or business — it can feel like ADHD itself is a third member of the team. Triangulation, judgement, and “why can’t you just…” frustrations can lead to poor communication, misunderstandings, blame & shame spirals, and disconnection.
But partnership can also be a golden opportunity to harness the creative genius of ADHD! By working with ADHD instead of against it, partners can build trust, improve collaboration, and create extraordinary outcomes.
Join two Master Certified Coaches -- married and business partners for decades — as they share real-life insights on improving communication and using ADHD as a creative force to build healthy partnerships.
This interactive session will explore common ADHD-related partnership challenges — such as differing work styles or wavelengths, emotional intensity, and task follow-through — and offer a supportive space to connect with others facing similar experiences. Spend a little time thinking about how you want to be in partnership with ADHD. Whether you come with your partner, or on your own, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding, practical insights, actionable takeaways, and a vision for working together more effectively — at home, at work, and in life.
