Peer Support Group | Mothering with ADHD
Description

Motherhood is hard—but for moms with ADHD, it can feel like a nonstop storm. Hormonal shifts, sleep loss, sensory overload, and the physical demands of pregnancy all strain executive functioning. Add the pressures of childcare, relationships, work, and societal expectations—and it’s no wonder ADHD moms often feel overwhelmed, dismissed, and alone.

This support session offers a space to feel seen. Led by two licensed therapists who are also ADHD moms, we’ll explore the real challenges of parenting with ADHD—and how to navigate them with more compassion, support, and strategy.

Expect connection, honesty, laughter, and relief as we name what’s hard, share what helps, and break the silence around ADHD and motherhood. You’ll leave with a handout of resources and, more importantly, a reminder: you are not alone.
